            我们于2018年1月与湛江弘江置业有限公司签订了《商铺订购合同》,商铺位于必威中文官网新都汇时代广场中心1至16#楼铺面。
            部分铺主总房款已付清,与银行按揭的客户首付也已付,商铺定于2019年1月1日正式开业。但我们铺主至今无法正式签下购房合同,因为无良开发商强迫我们铺主要先签完存在霸王条款与欺骗伎俩的《商铺委托经营管理合同》之后,才可以正式签购房合同,我们已向必威中文官网房产局投拆,但无结果。我们认定《商铺委托经营管理合同》存在条款有欺骗性质。
